New Google+ Android Update

Today, Google has aired a new update for android users which adds the following features:

• Teens can now create and join hangouts from mobile
• Join hangouts on air form mobile
• Flaoting timestamp in photos view
• Shortcuts for post creation
• Ability to report abuse in events
